About the role

We are currently seeking a Korean-speaking Administrative Assistant to join our Korean Client Services Division. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while supporting clients through important and often sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with Korean-speaking clients
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling coordination
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic files and documentation
  • Assist with administrative support for the legal team and department leadership
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-up communications
  • Ensure tasks and deadlines are completed in a timely manner
  • Support office operations and assist with additional administrative duties as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members in a high-volume environment

Requirements

  • Fluent in Korean and English (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday through Friday
  • 100% onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
