About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, training staff, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
• Train and supervise service staff in service procedures
• Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
• Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and maintains food safety standards
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Support new employees and motivate current staff

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace
• Age 18 or older

Qualifications
