Copier Set up Technician

About the role

Responsibilities

• Set up and test new copiers and printers.
• Navigate computer interfaces and apply moderate technical aptitude.
• Understand mechanics and component fitment (experience from bicycle repair, automotive repair, PC tinkering, etc.).
• Work independently and within a larger team with a strong sense of urgency and time management.
• Maintain an upbeat, positive attitude and communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Ensure proper product setup & testing to support critical regional infrastructure, medical, and educational organizations.

Pay

Starting pay is $20 per hour with bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

Requirements

• 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
• Self‑motivated and able to work cohesively with a team.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lb periodically throughout the day.
• Ability to drive safely and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Possess a modern smartphone capable of saving notes, sending/receiving emails in real‑time, and accessing the internet via your carrier’s cellular network.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs preferred.
• Clean‑cut appearance; no visible tattoos or piercings allowed.
• Willing to submit to a criminal background check.
