Copier Technician

We’re currently looking for a Copier Technician to support the Greensboro, NC market. Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits throughout Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas
• Perform equipment installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and testing
• Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions
• Complete accurate and timely service reports
• Follow company field procedures, protocols, and safety standards
• Understand customer needs and provide clear recommendations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to manage longer service calls calmly and professionally
