Coordinator - Warehouse Cycle/Audit-Chemaid Warehousing Day Hourly Indirect

Department: Warehouse | Reports to: Warehouse Manager/Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

Responsible for the daily movement of materials, finished goods inventory, and staging of shipment of completed orders.

Responsibilities

• Comply with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and all Company SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Comply with SOP 922 Location Audit cycle count.
• Perform cycle counts using RF scanner and report any discrepancies.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
• Execute inventory control measures to ensure SKU accuracy.
• Perform inventory destruction and set up manifest for proper traceability.
• Perform inventory audits by locations and assist with customer physicals.
• Ensure all inventory is properly tagged and labeled using the LPN system (License Plate Numbering).
• Maintain and verify all documentation relating to warehouse material movements.
• Use RF scanner as required.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock; investigate and report discrepancies to management.
• On occasion, drive the inter-building shuttle truck.
• Ensure all warehouse areas are kept clean and organized, and all inventory (ChemAid and customer-owned) is properly labeled.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment, preferably in cosmetics/personal care products.
• Basic mathematical skills, including knowledge of metric conversions.
• Knowledge of radio frequency devices (RF scanners) and cycle counting methods.
• Forklift and industrial truck experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Effective communication using basic English (verbal and written).
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities (time management).
• Ability to operate and train warehouse employees on equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and drum movement equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong team player with a commitment to company values.
• Basic working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

• Occasionally required to walk, sit, use hands to handle objects/tools, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk, or hear.
• Specific vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus (for computer monitor use).
• May occasionally lift and/or manually move up to 70 lbs onto scales or pallets.

Work Environment: Exposure to weather conditions (heat and cold) when dock doors are open. Noise level is usually minimal.
