About the role

The Coordinator of Universal Preschool Operations provides operational leadership for the implementation, expansion, and continuous improvement of Prince William County Public Schools' Universal Preschool initiative. This position leads the development and coordination of operational systems that support equitable access to high-quality preschool programming across the division.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates operational systems supporting equitable access to high-quality preschool programming across the division.
• Builds and sustains the infrastructure necessary to successfully scale Universal Preschool services.
• Ensures divisionwide operational systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with instructional priorities.
• Works closely with preschool leadership, including the Supervisor of Early Childhood Special Education and the Supervisor of Preschool Programs, as well as central office departments and school leaders, to ensure aligned systems, integrated services, and effective operational implementation across preschool initiatives.
