COORDINATOR, PRESCHOOL SERVICES - 250 DAY
This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
About the role
This position coordinates and oversees Family Services and Health Services for preschool programs, ensuring compliance with Head Start, Virginia Preschool Initiative (VPI), and school division requirements. The position oversees student recruitment, eligibility, attendance, comprehensive services, and related data collection and reporting processes to support program accountability and compliance. Working collaboratively with school personnel, community partners, and program leadership, the position supports family engagement, continuous improvement efforts, professional development, and program implementation to promote high-quality services, child safety, family well-being, and positive program outcomes.
Responsibilities

Pay
Salary range: $96,268–$156,052 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Schedule
250 days per year, full time.
