About the role
The role involves providing educational support to preschool children with special needs in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Assist in creating and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss student progress and plan interventions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid teaching license in Early Childhood Education or Special Education
- Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of early childhood development and special education principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using technology for lesson planning and data collection
