About the role

The Coordinator, Transition/Paired Position will work closely with Turning Point Middle to support students in their transition from middle school to high school, ensuring a smooth and successful educational journey.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing transition plans for students
• Mentor and guide students through the transition process
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure continuity of support
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools to facilitate seamless transitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field
• Experience working with adolescents and supporting student transitions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of educational policies and procedures
• Experience with data management and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
