Transition Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead a varied team to manage all activities surrounding the opening, closing, acquiring, and movement of physician practices and individual physicians and ACPs within BayCare Medical Group.
• Ensure physical locations, equipment, marketing, systems, and support are in place to ensure the smooth onboarding of the practice and provider.

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years Project Management or 5 years in a leadership role within Physician Operations
• High School degree with 8 years Project Management or 8 years in a leadership role within Physician Operations and/or a combination of both experience types.
