Coordinator, Regional Office Development
About the role
AJC's Regional Offices connect the local communities with AJC’s global advocacy work to enhance the well-being of the Jewish people and Israel. This position supports the execution of the department's strategy, goals, objectives, and action plans by completing a variety of administrative tasks, coordinating logistics and communications for events, meetings, trainings, missions, and other projects, assisting with the planning and implementation of research projects, maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, entering updates and edits into AJC’s CRM database, maintaining inventory of office and event supplies, taking notes at meetings with internal and external stakeholders, organizing and maintaining department documentation files, maintaining the department's contacts and mailing lists, executing departmental reporting and tracking (e.g., financial reports, budgets, expenses, program updates, donor contributions, contracts), responding to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders, preparing and disseminating group mailings, drafting correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, and other communication materials.
Responsibilities

- Aid in the planning and implementation of research projects
- Maintain calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Enter updates and edits into AJC’s CRM database
- Maintain inventory of office and event supplies
- Take notes at meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain department documentation files
- Maintain the department's contacts and mailing lists
- Execute departmental reporting and tracking (e.g., financial reports, budgets, expenses, program updates, donor contributions, contracts)
- Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and disseminate group mailings
- Draft correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, and other communication materials
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and possess strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for AJC's mission and values. They should be able to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate professionalism and high standards of conduct.

$53,000 - $57,000 depending on relevant experience and location
