What You Will Do
- Coordinates operational, technical and/or clerical support services that enhance or improve coordination and flow of department processes and core work across Quality, Safety, Risk Management, Accreditation, Experience of Care and Infection Prevention (QSRAEI).
- Plans and organizes workflows, prioritizes customers' needs, and coordinates departmental, regional and system initiatives.
- May lead teams or improvement projects; serves as a mentor.
- Creates and maintains procedural standards and records as appropriate for role.
- Develops and maintains educational programs for team members, including new employee orientation.
- Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated to achieve program efficiency, regulatory readiness, patient safety, quality performance and patient experience.
- Works closely with QSRAEI leadership to help identify opportunities, develop solutions, coordinate improvement efforts, and facilitate teams through implementation and resolution.
- Supports regional, statewide and system-level initiatives as assigned.
- Utilizes multiple system applications for data collection and management.
- Incorporates knowledge of Trinity Health policies, practices and processes to ensure quality, confidentiality and safety are prioritized.
- Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes and procedures and the ability to readily acquire new knowledge.
- Employs effective and respectful written, verbal and nonverbal communications.
- Develops an environment of mutual confidence and trust through collaborative relationships.
- Effectively communicates goals, standards, program expectations, service performance, project status and how the work serves Trinity Health objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Three years of related healthcare experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Job-related certification within three years of hire is preferred.
- Demonstrated project management, team facilitation, and process improvement skills preferred.
- Experience coordinating complex initiatives and working with multidisciplinary teams preferred.
