The Coordinator Quality Assurance plays a crucial role in supporting our Operations partners in damage prevention and quality assurance initiatives. This role requires a self-motivated professional with strong work ethic, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Operations partners to identify potential damage prevention opportunities.
- Identify at-risk Field Technicians needing additional training.
- Perform field audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Coach and mentor Field Technicians.
- Communicate audit findings to management.
- Balance various responsibilities while meeting productivity and deadline standards.
- Support utility locate training and education.
- Remain current on learning methodologies and technologies.
- Handle ticket production and weekend work as needed.
What you’ll need
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- One to two years of experience locating underground utilities, or a combination of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in utility locating procedures, marking standards, and locate equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot difficult locates and interpret utility plats.
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills.
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, and computer skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to respond to emergency calls.
- Proficient in hand tools and equipment.
- Lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Specific vision and physical abilities required.
- Follow safety rules and drive safely.
