Coordinator, Quality Control

Broadridge is seeking a Coordinator Quality Control for its Edgewood, NY location. The role supports the team’s continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and productivity while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with the Supervisor/Manager regarding shift activity, including feedback and escalation of quality‑related issues.
• Coordinate staffing needs and schedules with the QC Supervisor, appropriate personnel, and staffing agencies.
• Assess training needs of the Quality Control team and partner with the QC Supervisor to ensure timely, documented on‑the‑job training.
• Follow up on all job discrepancies and inquiries for jobs in process.
• Verify that all jobs are properly reconciled and closed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support continual improvement of quality, efficiency, and productivity across the Broadridge team.
• Ensure staff understand and comply with all company guidelines and ISO standards during quality control processes.
• Adapt to a constantly changing environment driven by customer needs and demands.
• Perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years leadership/supervisory experience in a Production or Quality Control environment.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong PC skills; proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multi‑task, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Proficient in English; Spanish communication skills a plus.

Requirements

• Light work: occasional exertion of up to 20 pounds or negligible force continuously to move objects.

Pay

Hourly rate: $25.00 to $33.00 (bonus eligible). Compensation is evaluated based on experience, skills, and education.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM.
