About the Opportunity
The Coordinator (PreAudit Outgoing Correspondence) role is responsible for managing outgoing communications related to pre-audit processes. This position ensures that correspondence is handled accurately and timely, contributing to the effectiveness of audit preparations and supporting operational workflows within the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and systematically coordinate the distribution of all outgoing pre-audit correspondence, tracking high-volume mail queues and digital communication channels
- Review all outbound documentation to ensure absolute data accuracy, formatting alignment, and strict adherence to localized compliance timelines
- Support complex audit preparation workflows by indexing, cataloging, and maintaining comprehensive digital file archives and proper document control records
- Liaise routinely with internal auditing, legal, and operational divisions to facilitate a seamless, transparent flow of cross-functional case information
Requirements
- Proven administrative or operational experience, ideally working within audit coordination, document compliance control, or closely related high-volume corporate processing roles
- Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills with an emphasis on meeting shifting operational targets
- High attention to detail with an aptitude for identifying data discrepancies when handling sensitive client records and formal business correspondence
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication skills, with a proven ability to work productively within an integrated, multi-disciplinary team environment
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Target baseline compensation framework: $15.00 to $25.00 USD per hour. Final hourly positioning within this structured band is determined dynamically based upon the candidate's professional administrative tenure, specific industry compliance familiarity, and localized marketplace parameters.
