Responsibilities
- Support the Operations team with weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll submissions for a diverse workforce, including performers and seasonal employees.
- Import payroll data into NetSuite software and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Proper coding is always expected.
- Work with various payroll platforms.
- Aid in payroll compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to support departmental goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Associates with relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in Payroll Processing.
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, and Payroll data entry.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timelines.

Pay
$66,300
Schedule
Full Time 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
