Coordinator Operations (Overnight)

About the role

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily manpower for the workplace, scheduling employee shifts and planning, assigning and supervising the work and dispatch crews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping for all orders including basic orders, collateral, and special assembly projects.
• Arrange transportation according to routing guide
• Analyze and review inventory to prevent overstock or shortage
• Maintain accurate product code, pricing and invoicing information
• Provide product availability information such as new products arrival or stock status
• Create purchase orders in accordance with company policy
• Avoid any charge backs by ensuring compliance with transportation and vendor regulations
• Create Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), inspect physical return products to maintain accurate inventory
• Work closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Operational Standard Operations Procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 years of experience
• Knowledge with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, developing charts, and complex formulas

Physical Demands

• Sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine for a considerable amount of time
• Occasional to rare amount of time including walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs

Pay

Competitive compensation package with an hourly pay range of $23.00 - $25.40 / hour plus incentives.

Schedule

Typical schedule is Mon-Thurs with a 5:30PM start time, until approximately 4:00AM (or similar, within the hour).
