Coordinator Operations 2 NEX

Essential Functions

• Verify sand drivers and ensure they meet proper safety requirements to be on the pad.
• Manage safety performance on the pad.
• Demonstrate competence to perform basic maintenance on sand equipment.
• Absorb pad cleanliness.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all site safety requirements.
• Properly place sand trucks in position on the jobsite.
• Perform appropriate maintenance on sand equipment under supervision.
• Order sand trucks required for pressure pumping operations as per supervision.
• Perform all other job duties assigned.

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of sand equipment preventive maintenance
• Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds

Languages

• Comprehension: Ability to understand and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employee to issue, receive and respond to both safety and operations-related directions in English

Education & Experience

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum Required Experience: Oilfield Experience - 2-4 Years

Preferred

• Preferred: Sand Coordinator, Trucking, or Transloading Experience - 2-4 Years
