About the role

The nature of the work is focused on positively positioning the brand in social and environmental matters to the internal and external community.

  • Co-create the ideation process with key parts of the business.
  • Ensure meaningful contribution, innovative strategies to the businesses and intersecting with the business planning process.
  • Manage donation traffic, tracking and order management, including data management and reporting.
  • Ensure best practices and the most effective use of available product.
  • Key tasks including working with brand design, determining kitting strategy, forecasting, booking and shipping through SAP and handling communication with recipients.
  • Track and report donations through GIFTS database, reporting out to Tax department, GCA, etc.
  • Find, cultivate and manage productive partnerships that maximize the reach and social/environmental impact of programs.
  • Communicate plans across complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basis, ensuring broad-based support for plans and intended results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; the following alternatives may be accepted:
    • PhD or Law Degree + 1 year of experience
    • Master's Degree + 0–3 years of experience
    • Associate's Degree + 1–3 years of experience
    • High School Diploma + 3–5 years of experience
  • 2–4 years of directly relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in SAP/S4
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Keynote
  • Familiarity with Locker
  • Logistics coordination expertise
  • Strong organizational skills

Duration

5.5 months contract
