About the role

Supervise the day-to-day work activities of the field service crew performing routine services and ensure all customer requests and requirements are met according to job specifications.

  • Provide coordination in locating the job site, marking the locations of work tanks, and verifying adequate room for equipment needed to complete the proposed job design.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling field service crew and equipment for completion of job assignments, establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules, and resolve work problems.
  • Maintain and monitor proper equipment and inventory to ensure availability when needed.
  • Maintain regular contact and communication with all vendors to ensure services and third-party equipment are available for the job.
  • Oversee well servicing requirements to ensure work is performed in a safe environment and that all safety requirements follow Company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate procedures and methods for enforcing or interpreting established guidelines and practices.
  • Provide management with current job statuses to improve performance, quality, and efficiency of operations.
  • Address customer concerns or problems and recommend measures to resolve them, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the Company and its values with integrity while maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards in all customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate financial responsibility in conjunction with the Company’s travel and entertainment policy.

Requirements

  • Perform simple mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals for job-related calculations.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willing and able to operate and maintain assigned equipment safely in all weather conditions during a possible 12+ hour work shift, which can include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel as needed to other offices and drilling rig work sites, occasionally requiring extended travel to remote locations and/or overnight stays outside the normal office area.
  • Work closely with others under time-sensitive deadlines, including potential emergency response situations.
  • Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, crawling, walking on uneven surfaces, and climbing equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 8+ years’ experience in the electronic/mechanical field or similar function.
  • 5+ years of stimulation experience as a supervisor.
  • Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle, and meet the requirements of the Company’s vehicle program, policy, and/or guidelines.
