Main Purpose of Job
The Coordinator of the Individual Therapy Program is responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of individual therapy sessions within the health services department. This includes managing therapy schedules, supervising therapists, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
- Valid Maryland Social Worker license
- At least 3 years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in a hospital setting
- Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and person-centered treatment modalities
- Experience with the provision of therapy for seriously mentally ill and forensic populations
- Experience administering therapy programming for hospital systems and/or outpatient clinics
Desired or Preferred Qualifications
While not required, candidates with additional experience or certifications in mental health administration, trauma-informed care, or geriatric care are preferred.
Licenses, Registrations and Certifications
- Valid Maryland Social Worker License
- Current CPR certification

Benefits
The position offers a salary range of $85,963.00 - $110,084.00/year, with potential growth to $133,951.00/year. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
