About the role

The Coordinator of Student Recruitment and Engagement plays a crucial role in enhancing student engagement and recruitment efforts at our institution. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract prospective students and fostering a positive relationship between the university and its future students.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to increase enrollment numbers.
  • Collaborate with admissions teams to ensure smooth and effective communication with prospective students.
  • Organize and manage outreach events, including fairs, open houses, and virtual sessions.
  • Engage with current students to gather feedback and improve recruitment materials and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Represent the institution at various industry conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education recruitment or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Knowledge of college admission processes and trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
