About the role
The Coordinator of Accreditation and Continuous Quality Improvement supports institutional compliance with LCME accreditation standards through coordination of accreditation processes, collaboration with stakeholders, and management of accreditation and CQI datasets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and institutional partners to collect and manage accreditation and CQI data.
- Manage, clean, and analyze accreditation and CQI datasets to support institutional compliance and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare tables, charts, graphs, dashboards, and summary reports to effectively present assessment findings.
- Serve as the Survey Visit Coordinator (SVC) for LCME accreditation site visits, coordinating logistics, documentation, and institutional communication related to the accreditation review process.
- Integrate project management, quantitative and qualitative data/statistical analysis, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement to support institutional compliance, strategic decision-making, and sustained accreditation readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in higher education administration, accreditation support, program evaluation, institutional research, assessment, or quality improvement.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience cleaning, managing, and analyzing datasets related to accreditation or program evaluation.
- Experience supporting survey administration, including response tracking and data compilation.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and institutional partners to support shared goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree and three years of experience in higher education administration, accreditation support, program evaluation, institutional research, assessment, or quality improvement.
