Job Summary
Join a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education at IE University's IE Foundation. The Regional Coordinator for Undergraduate Programs supports the North America Headquarters team based in Rockefeller Center, New York.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Director for North America, Undergraduate Programs, you will provide critical administrative, marketing, and recruitment support, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in undergraduate programs and institutional culture.
- Identify and nurture new lead opportunities through outreach and follow-up.
- Support regional recruitment efforts by managing communications, scheduling, and logistics.
- Aid in event planning, marketing initiatives, and cross-team coordination.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and design platforms (Canva, Figma) to support recruitment strategies.
- Serve as a key point of contact between regional offices and campus departments.
- Assist with regional partnerships by attending meetings, tracking deliverables and deadlines, and helping to prepare partnership analysis.
Qualifications
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with CRM platforms, design tools, and data visualization; experience in higher education, project management, or event planning; professional level of Spanish; experience working in diverse and/or hybrid teams; familiarity with data analysis, digital marketing, and market research; entrepreneurial & solutions-oriented; relationship-builder; highly organized; creative & resourceful.
