Coordinator Laboratory Technician
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Coordinator Laboratory Technician oversees the technical operations of the department under the direction of the Laboratory Director. Key responsibilities include reviewing and revising policies and procedures, providing technical assistance and training, assigning maintenance duties, ensuring validity and accuracy of test results, and performing venipunctures and capillary collections.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: MT or MLT ASCP, CLS or CLT NCA, or MT AMT preferred.
- Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field (Chemistry, Biology, etc.), and a one year internship preferred.
- Experience: Four years minimum experience as a Technologist in assigned area required.

Pay
The typical wage range for this position is $33.44 - $51.26 per hour.
