About the role
The role is responsible for managing office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing administrative support to the Construction Management organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage the filing system, and maintain records.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support the organization’s projects by preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings and events, and manage travel arrangements for staff.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a construction management environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
