About the role

The Coordinator Inventory Control is responsible for ensuring all invoices and purchase orders for every department correctly match quantities received, as well as inputting all receivables in the FoodTrak, Fusion, and Maximo systems accurately and timely. This role involves coordinating and confirming the completion of monthly inventory and maintaining records to prepare inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Input receivables in FoodTrak, Fusion, and Maximo systems accurately and timely.
• Coordinate and confirm completion of monthly inventory.
• Verify and adjust physical amounts in FoodTrak during monthly warehouse inventory.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for inventory using FoodTrak, Fusion, and Maximo.
• Demonstrate organizational skills based on priorities and available personnel.
• Manage documents and filing systems.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Work effectively under time constraints and quality pressures to achieve department goals.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• California Food Handlers Card.
