Coordinator Inventory Control

About the role

The Coordinator Inventory Control is responsible for ensuring all invoices and purchase orders for every department correctly match quantities received, as well as inputting all receivables in the FoodTrak, Fusion, and Maximo systems accurately and timely. This role is essential for coordinating and confirming completion of the monthly inventory.

Responsibilities

• Work with FoodTrak, Fusion, and Maximo to maintain records and prepare reports for inventory.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills based on priorities and available personnel, with good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Maintain documents and filing systems.
• Coordinate monthly warehouse inventory, verify and adjust physical amounts in FoodTrak.

Requirements

• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to work effectively and achieve department goals under time constraints and quality pressures.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• California Food Handlers Card.
