Summary The Coordinator – Inventory Control is directly responsible for fulfilling equipment requirements all assigned events. This role is responsible for the timely entry and coordination of equipment requirements for events for the purpose of flawless execution. This position requires strong communication and coordination skills. This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office based out of Las Vegas, NV or McCook, IL. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Create and manage event structures and orders in inventory control management softwarePerform work within assigned systems in accordance to policies and proceduresFulfill all equipment needs for assigned eventsResolve shortages in a cost-effective manner up to and including through a 3rd party vendorManage accuracy of dates and times among all systems in useCommunicate with warehouse, transportation and event staff all order details and requirements in accordance established policies and proceduresAssist in training/development, and staffing of staffWork with vendor network to provide quality service while balancing fiscal responsibility to ensureOperational Excellence and Sustainable ProfitabilityProvide recommendations on Capital Expenditure and planningDrive teamwork and communication between all warehouse operationsAssists other department heads as needed.Performs other duties as assigned Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalencyMinimum (3) three years of related experience within event production or warehouse1 year experience with R2 Inventory Software preferredProficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets What We Offer The Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
