Responsibilities
- Develops schedules and teaches program curriculum and courses;
- Recruits, screens, trains, and evaluates instructors and volunteers;
- Provides resources and guidance to CME faculty;
- Congducts registration;
- Completes community needs surveys;
- Processes financial transactions;
- Issues faculty assignments;
- Mets business office requirements per established District guidelines and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- OR Associates degree and two (2) years of full-time equivalent experience
- OR years of full-time, directly related, equivalent work experience as described above sufficient to successfully
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment/admissions programs; instructional program planning, development, evaluation, and review.
- Knowledge of office management, workflow procedures, project management, and budget administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment/admissions programs; instructional program planning, development, evaluation, and review.
- Knowledge of CAC resources and the surrounding community.
- Skill in prioritizing, organizing, and managing a high-volume workload.
- Skill in using multimedia equipment, computer systems, hardware, software, and website development tools.
- Skill in collecting, analyzing, and presenting information orally and in writing.
- Skill in effective communication and interaction with staff, faculty, students, community partners, and the public.
- Skill in working effectively in a diverse, multi-ethnic, and multicultural environment.
- Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboraively as a key member of divisional and college-wide teams.
- Ability to analyze situations, develop solutions, and make sound decisions within established guidelines.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing and strategic plans in collaboration with CAC staff.

- Ability to develop innovative programs, courses, and solutions beyond traditional approaches.
- Ability to estimate costs related to materials, equipment, land, and labor.
