The Coordinator II Billing at Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, Texas, is responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing billing cycles, and ensuring timely collection of payments for energy services projects. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit accurate invoices to clients based on project contracts, work orders, and approved time/material sheets.
  • Review billing data for discrepancies, errors, and compliance with company policies and client agreements.
  • Communicate with project managers and clients to resolve billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment issues.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records, including invoices, payment receipts, and communication logs.
  • Absorb and apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department on accounts receivable activities and collections efforts.
  • Understand and apply various billing methodologies and contract terms.
  • Utilize billing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems effectively.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role, preferably within the energy, construction, or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Viewpoint) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
