Responsibilities
- Manages the administration of work order requests from housing residents.
- Liaison with Facilities Management Services to resolve maintenance work orders requested by residents.
- Coordinates scheduled cleaning with Housekeeping.
- Responsible for housing key management and process development.
- Analyze data related to key areas of responsibility to strategize and improve processes.
