Responsibilities

  • Manages the administration of work order requests from housing residents.
  • Liaison with Facilities Management Services to resolve maintenance work orders requested by residents.
  • Coordinates scheduled cleaning with Housekeeping.
  • Responsible for housing key management and process development.
  • Analyze data related to key areas of responsibility to strategize and improve processes.
