Responsibilities

• Presides at all meetings of the organization if not otherwise specified
• Performs general supervision of the affairs of the organization
• Personally represents the organization on proper occasions and in business contacts
• Assists all other officers and managing directors of the organization in their records, correspondence, and other organization duties

• Staff Relations team
• Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) team
• Outreach team
• Charity and Nonprofit Grants teams to facilitate fundraising efforts
