Coordinator Digital Marketing
About the role
The Coordinator Digital Marketing supports the execution and delivery of owned media programs across email, website, mobile, and digital screens. This role is responsible for coordinating campaign assets, building and scheduling communications, managing timelines, and ensuring flawless execution of digital marketing initiatives that support key business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of owned media campaigns across email, website, mobile, and digital screens.
- Build, schedule, test, and deploy marketing communications using approved templates and digital marketing platforms.
- Manage campaign calendars, project timelines, and asset delivery to ensure initiatives launch accurately and on schedule.
- Review campaign content, links, audience targeting, and creative assets to ensure accuracy and quality before deployment.
- Serve as a reliable day-to-day partner to internal teams by providing executional support and timely communication on project status.
- Support website content updates, promotional placements, landing pages, and other digital experiences.
- Maintain campaign documentation, project briefs, and executional details to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting results to support ongoing optimization efforts.
- Identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across owned media channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, project coordination, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships.
- Comfortable learning and navigating digital marketing platforms and content management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting email marketing, website content management, or mobile marketing programs.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, or project management tools.
- Experience reviewing campaign performance metrics and preparing reports.
- Experience working in a retail, eCommerce, or customer-focused environment.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and customer engagement best practices.

Details
- Hybrid Remote: This position is based out of Carlisle, PA and will require 3 days a week in the office.
