Job Description

The Coordinator, Consultant Recruiting is a vital member of the New York Recruiting team, responsible for supporting the administration, planning, and execution of recruiting programs for consulting staff. This role focuses on enhancing the candidate experience and managing various recruiting efforts, including events and interview processes. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with consulting staff, recruiting colleagues, and candidates to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in administrative support, recruiting, human resources, event planning, project coordination, or related professional experience.
  • Prior recruiting experience, particularly in a professional services environment, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, HRIS, recruiting systems, and database tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Bain’s recruiting strategy across targeted business schools and other recruiting channels.
  • Help develop and maintain the annual recruiting calendar in partnership with the recruiting team and school teams.

  • Coordinate formal and informal recruiting events, including presentations and interview preparation sessions.
  • Aid in the candidate selection process by preparing materials and coordinating resume review inputs.
  • Draft, review, and send communications and correspondence with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Help plan and execute Consultant and Summer Associate offeree programming.
  • Help evaluate the success of each recruiting season by gathering and analyzing recruiting data.
