The Austin Independent School District is seeking a Central Office Administrator/Coordinator.

About the role

This position supports the Communications and Community Engagement department in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communication materials and schedules
  • Coordinate community engagement initiatives
  • Support departmental projects and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
