The Coordinator, Marketing & Communications plays an integral role within our marketing & communications efforts. This role will play a key part in increasing brand awareness and implementing marketing strategies. Responsibilities And Duties Operate safely and appropriately in all AgCertain situations and environmentsCreate and implement marketing and communication plans to build awareness and engagements of AgCertainCollaborate with cross-function teams to align marketing with sales strategiesCurate content creation, planning, and implementation for all communications channels for assigned programs and campaigns, including mail, email, social media, video, and print for digital marketingAssist with managing website design through ShopifyCoordinate social media campaigns across various channelsCreate visually appealing graphic designs for websites, social media, and email campaignsWrite and edit press releases Prepare reports on analytics from social media Compose bi-weekly content for the company newsletterParticipate in all company trainingsPerform all other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture Communications, Public Relations, or related fieldOne to three (1-3) years experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferredPrior experience in agricultural, industrial manufacturing, food processing, biodiesel, ethanol, or other types of manufacturing companies preferred, but not requiredMust be computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) requiredPhotography experience preferredMailchimp, Klaviyo, or other email marketing platform experience preferredExcellent organizational and communication skillsPhysical abilities to include the ability to lift 50 lbs (23 Kg)Act with integrity, candor, excellence, curiosity, honesty, and a commitment to safetyAbide by Good Manufacturing Practices in all AgCertain facilities
