Your Impact

  • Aid the account team in creating and submitting request documents such as creative briefs, insertion orders, and concept memos.
  • Assist with the internal distribution of campaign assets and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support to the account team, including scheduling meetings, updating agendas, taking notes, circulating action items, etc.
  • Liaise with other capabilities or teams to ensure task completion.
  • Support the efficient operation of your assigned client accounts.
  • Contribute to other projects as needed.

Your Profile

  • One year of agency experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience working in a team environment to achieve client goals.
  • A friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational/project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various communication and workflow platforms like Workfront, Basecamp, and NetSuite.
