Responsibilities
- Processes a backlog of orders that have already shipped with missing insurance required documentation.
- Works within multiple systems including but not limited to Grid, OnBase and RGH.
- Reviews accounts thoroughly to ensure documentation has not previously been received and is enterable.
- Follows up with offices as needed to obtain documentation as well as the occasional customer call.
- Drafts documents and enters documentation to quality standards.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Medical Documentation experience, preferred
- A High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred

Pay
Anticipated hourly range: $15.75/hr. - $18.50/hr.
