Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Process all donations and pledges daily.
- Manage receipt of and documentation for all in-kind gifts (event-related and capital/non-capital assets) received on behalf of College of DuPage.
- Create and generate for signature daily gift acknowledgments, and monthly pledge reminders.
- Create and update queries, exports, and reports to support fundraising efforts and tracking.
- Safeguard the Foundation database (Raiser's Edge), and help create a culture with staff that the database serves as a centralized record of all fundraising, prospect, scholarship, alumni, event and other related data.
- Aid in training of staff in the use of NXT Webview.
- Aid in day-to-day maintenance of the CRM Advance database for alumni records.
- Research prospects and generate profiles on an on-going basis, as requested by the Institutional Advancement staff or leadership.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the Institutional Advancement Office and represent the College of DuPage in a professional manner.
- Support all Institutional Advancement initiatives as needed.
- Aid in the development and maintenance of the alumni, board and donor pipeline development and moves management system.
- Aid in developing and maintaining prospect pools for various campaign initiatives, help conduct pool analysis to determine the strengths of prospect pools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Blackbaud Raiser's Edge Training preferred.
- Experience: Three (3) years' experience in development operations/advancement services or similar office setting required.
- Experience: Experience in development, education, or non-profit institution, as well as experience with prospect management preferred.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in Raiser's Edge and related Blackbaud products preferred.
