Responsibilities
- Administer the C2C Learning Management System (LMS) as a Learning Process Coordinator (LPC), including assigning and tracking training, maintaining training curricula, ensuring training compliance, supporting audit readiness, and maintaining accurate training records in accordance with QMS requirements.
- Ensure documents are compliant with internal QMS procedures and applicable standards (e.g., ISO-aligned requirements where applicable).
- Administer controlled documents throughout their lifecycle (creation, review, approval, revision, and archival).
- Manage the document control system and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Support change control activities (ECOs/MCOs), ensuring documentation accuracy, traceability, and version control.
- Maintain document repositories (e.g., Confluence, document management systems) and ensure consistent document governance.
- Maintain and update databases related to document control and validation activities (as applicable).
- Review and approve change requests in the electronic document management system under document control approval step.
- Partner with cross-functional process owners to improve document quality, usability, and adherence to standards.
- Assist with ensuring document approval matrices and delegation authorities are updated.
- Ensure historical files for Design History Files (DHF), SOPs, training records, and other quality system documents are maintained.
- Manage archival activities for obsoleted controlled documents.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to QMS processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in compliance and quality processes.
Requirements
- Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
