Location: Mannford, OK | Duration: 12 months | Hours: 40/week, 1st shift (8 AM–5 PM CST, Monday–Friday) | Employment type: Contract on W2 (US citizens or green-card holders only)

About the role

This position is responsible for the creation and processing of all change-request packets, creation of controlled documents, tracking of packets, and all associated paperwork. The role requires participation as an active team member in cross-functional teams and ownership of project-team documentation, including origination, editing, and revision of technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and review launched change requests (CR) to verify completeness, accuracy, and correct formatting.
  • Check in and release CRs, track CRs, and make requested changes (day-to-day management of change requests).
  • Manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, maintaining databases, and preparing general correspondence.
  • Use various computer software applications (e.g., MasterControl, Trackwise, TeamCenter) to complete assigned work activities.
  • Complete applicable job-specific training.
  • Report changes to both internal and customer management teams.
  • Understand compliance requirements and regulations.
  • Generate reports utilizing the systems.
  • Be actively engaged in meetings.
  • Participate in the development of solutions to Quality-System problems and/or non-compliance.
  • Assist in maintenance of department, site/business-unit, and corporate procedures and policies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of operating procedures and expertise in a specific functional area.
  • Execute specific tasks with moderate discretion and oversight from a supervisor.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experienced computer skills (e.g., normal use of a laptop) and software applications, including Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced language proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a related area, or comparable years of experience.
