Responsibilities

• Preparation of high-quality food items according to standardized recipes or instructions in an efficient manner in order to meet production, delivery and service schedules
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery at times, using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards and ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
• Taste all food items prepared
• Follow HACCP for correct food handling and production
• Participate in the coordination and supervision of food production and dining areas as assigned
• Properly store foods in designated areas following all corporate, State, and Federal food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, customers, administrators, and Managers
• Perform job safely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment and following correct procedures
• Adhere to SPHP's code of conduct

Requirements

• Food service and customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to read and write English at a minimum 6th grade level
• Covid-19 vaccination is required

Pay

$16.70-24.20 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
