What You Will Have an Opportunity To Do
The Cook (Pool / Family Entertainment Center Kitchen) at Dellshire Resort is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving a variety of menu items in the Dellshire Resort’s poolside and family entertainment center outlets. This role ensures that all food is prepared to the resort’s quality standards, served in a timely manner, and presented with care. The Cook supports a fast-paced, guest-facing kitchen environment, maintaining consistency, safety, and cleanliness while contributing to a fun and energetic atmosphere for guests enjoying our family and recreation areas.

Who You Are
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen; resort, pool, or amusement-style operation preferred.
- Knowledge of grill, fryer, and short-order cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality during peak guest periods.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Reliable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and warm-weather seasons.
