What will you do?
- Assist Culinary Director with preparation of meals served in a high quality manner the reflect positively on the department and facility.
- Serve meals and snacks in a timely manner.
- Aid with required documentation.
- Help with menu planning in order to promote food quality and variety.
- Aid in maintaining proper inventory levels, as well as rotation and cleanliness of storage areas.
- Improve professional knowledge and competence by attending educational opportunities requested by Culinary Director.
- Help to train new employees.
- Evaluate menu items to ensure proper quantities are served in accordance with requirements.
Requirements
- Education: High School diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in high volume food preparation, or equivalent training, preferred, though we are willing to train the right person.
- Licenses/Certification: "Safe-Serve" manager certification, or willingness to enroll in HACCP training, required.
- Must be eligible for a Colorado Driver’s License; valid Colorado Driver’s License required within six (6) months of employment and maintained current thereafter.
