About the Role

Interact with students during lunch time, a favorite part of their day, in an exciting, team setting. Connect with youth in the community while working only school days—no nights, weekends, holidays, or summers. Many shifts allow you to see your child off to school and be there when they get home.

A typical day includes:

• Preparing food (making sandwiches, cutting up fruit & vegetables, making salads, etc.)
• Serving breakfast or lunch
• Cashiering
• Washing dishes
• Mopping kitchen floor
• Cleaning up kitchen at the end of the day

Schedule

• 4.5 hours per day / 22.5 hours per week
• 176 days per year (including holidays)
• Start Date: 8/31/2026
• Monday - Friday
• Start and End Time: 10:00 am - 1:30 pm

Pay

$19.96 per hour + eligible for certification pay. Salary and fringe benefits are in accordance with the Agreement with the Food Service Employees.
