Your Role, Your Impact
- Work directly with the culinary team to prep fresh ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing meal prep.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace by prepping, labeling, and stocking ingredients.
- Prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins.
- Interact with guests throughout the day, showcasing passion for foodservice and demonstrating dedication to hospitality.
- Awareness of ingredients and potential allergens within recipes, paying special attention to guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns.
- Communicate inventory and kitchen needs to the Chef, including prep, grab-and-go items, cleaning, and sanitization items, and paper goods.
- Follow safe food handling procedures.
- Rotate stock items and store produce at appropriate temperatures, ensuring the dish station is set up and stocked.
- Wash dishes as needed and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Qualifications
- Cook from the heart and genuinely love taking care of guests.
- Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients is ideal but not necessary.
- Uncompromising work ethic and attention to detail and cleanliness are essential.
- Flexible availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Vocational or Technical Education, high school diploma, or GED.
Pay
The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
