About the role
Penn Play is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service preferred
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM systems (optional)
