About the role
This position is located at the Cannon Community Club but may fill other vacancies in the Business Recreation Division.
Summary
Join our team at the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of Soldiers and their Families by providing essential support services and recreational activities that directly contribute to Soldier readiness and well-being.
Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Experience preparing basic food dishes, storing foods to prevent spoiling, etc.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, particularly standard recipes, and detailed cooking instructions.
- Ability to operate, disassemble and clean basic food service equipment such as griddles, broilers, and food grinders.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic (e.g., add, subtract, multiply etc...) to measure ingredients in a recipe.
