About the role
This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- No formal education required
- Food Handler license within 180 days
- 2 or more years of food service experience preferred
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Serve Safe Certification

Equipment Used
- All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer
- Able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds
